Follow simple 2 step process
STEP 1:
Before the Holidays:
- HR or Team Leader's Task:
Send a cheerful email to your team members introducing a fun year-end activity:
"Let's wrap up this year on a positive note with a simple 3-step activity! Here's how:
- Think of a colleague you appreciate.
- Choose a card with a message that matches your colleague and add your personal touch (if you'd like).
- Share the card via email or direct message - it's as easy as copying and pasting!
I've attached the PowerPoint Presentation with CARDS to this email for your convenience.’’
STEP 2:
Post-Holiday Activity:
- Send out a follow-up email explaining the 'Find Your Type' activity and provide detailed instructions:

Remember the appreciation cards we sent before the holiday break? Each card mirrors a unique personality. It’s time for you to explore yours!
If you received a card from a colleague, check out which personality type it matches. Find attached the document detailing each personality type.
