Walking Threat โ€” Strategic Pathway Plan
Strategic Pathway Plan

whatever bulls*it advice you got, it's not working

work harder, it will show stay cool and unbothered set boundary confront them confront them file a complain just quit

sound familiar?

none of this works if you're stuck in a politically charged environment with a toxic boss hovering over your head, ignorant senior management, colleagues driven by ego and fear, or a chaotic workplace where nothing reasonable seems to work.

not ready to invest yet? start with the free walking threat course

who are you?

you're a high achiever, ambitious and smart, and you worked your a** off to get where you are.

you believe in hard work, it does not scare you. in fact you have pretty high standards, and in your core you are grounded in the thought: hard work should speak for itself; if something is broken it can be fixed; we're in this together; if we do things right โ€” it will pay off for everyone.

but hear me out โ€” where there are people, there is a power game at play, even if no one admits it. and in some environments, with some people, the game is so bad it can leave you stuck on a level you sure did not sign up for. in severe cases, it can cost you your health, your progress, and your entire career.

it starts like this

you're hired for your excellence โ€” great cv, great results, great education โ€” and you think this is exactly what you should be known for. so you're on it:

show your skills

prove yourself

showcase your contributions

work hard, contribute, solve problems, innovate

be a great team member and a supportive leader

next thing you know it: you're working around the clock. you support, you give, you become the person everyone goes to. you're accountable, reasonable, responsible.

but it does not pay off. not that you did it for the payoff โ€” you just never expected this.

you get more operational load, less strategic tasks.

nothing you ever do is "good enough."

you are ghosted whenever an opportunity shows up.

your boss is manipulating you into guilt, overproving, moving the goalpost, not giving you enough information โ€” then blaming you for not delivering. if you do something above and beyond it is not praised but nit-picked for the things that are super unimportant. s(he) comments on your personality. the feedback stays vague, personal โ€” the list just goes on.

you work harder, longer, and faster, constantly chasing the praise that never comes, hoping to finally satisfy a leader who is psychologically incapable of being satisfied.

your work becomes pure survival โ€” how do i protect myself here, not how do i thrive here. you start to experience something weird โ€” like you're being pushed out, forced to quit or to comply.

nothing makes sense anymore. you're good at what you do, you're working hard, you're bringing in the results, you're trying to get along with everyone... but none of it is working for you. in fact, it seems it is working against you.

you're not crazy. you're not imagining it.

in a toxic workplace, working hard and being smart does not make you valued. it makes you a walking threat.

"great employees don't get rewarded. they get targeted."

so if you're confused, if you think i should work even more โ€” prove how valuable i am...

if you're thinking is it me โ€” am i being a baby โ€”

or things will get better and i need to hold it until something better comes up...

i want to tell you something: all of this is working against you.

because when you are surviving, you don't have time to think next steps. when you are inside it, you lose all your energy on them, not on you. you are burning out slowly, falling behind while your work offers you nothing and your boss takes away your power.

no advice like "stay cool," "stand up for yourself," "just quit" โ€” the kind you get from family, friends, or gurus โ€” is ever gonna work.

what you need is a carefully crafted strategy on what to do next.

stay or leave?

this is what we work out together โ€” build the path forward so it works for you, not against you.

if you leave

make it the best move for yourself, ever

timing, positioning, and landing somewhere that's actually better โ€” not just anywhere else that will do.

if you stay

make things work for you

read the power game accurately, protect your position, and build real influence โ€” without losing yourself.

what actually happens together

1

we map exactly what's happening

not "is my boss difficult" โ€” the specific pattern. who holds the power, how it's being used, and where you actually stand.

2

we decide โ€” with your eyes open

no default answer. we weigh it against your finances, your health, your timeline, and what you actually want next.

3

we build your specific strategy

your situation, your options, your leverage. not a script pulled from a career blog.

4

we work on how you show up

visible and valuable without becoming a target again. communication, positioning, boundaries that actually hold.

5

we make sure you don't end up here twice

how to read a room, a boss, or an offer โ€” before you're back in the same trap.

support between sessions

you're not on your own between calls. if something happens at work, i'm reachable.

hi, i'm amela

i spent years being the woman who worked the hardest and got the least recognition for it. i burned out. i hit rock bottom. and i had to rebuild, on my own, without a strategy anyone had handed me.

i know what it takes to read a political environment accurately, protect yourself inside it, and decide โ€” clearly, not out of fear โ€” whether to stay and fight for it or leave and build something better.

i lived this story, and i've seen it happen to many brilliant women like yourself. this exists because no one built it for me. now i'm building it for you.

simple. transparent. no surprises.
