Why I Created Lead Like Her

Years ago, my mentor told me something I’ll never forget: “You’re not supposed to chase like a butterfly hunter… you’re meant to stand like a lighthouse.”

That one sentence changed everything. It made me realize how many brilliant women — women just like you — spend their lives chasing recognition, respect, opportunities… when they were meant to attract them by simply standing in their full power.

I created Lead Like Her as the space I wish every woman had: a place to remember her voice, sharpen her presence, strengthen her leadership, and finally step into the kind of influence that doesn’t require proving, pushing, or pretending.

This is my letter to you — an invitation to stop chasing and start leading like the lighthouse you were always meant to be.
